The Walt Disney World Resort is always seeking full-time, part-time and season character/parade performers for all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Auditions are held bi-monthly. Performers who have what it takes to "bring the character to life" have the opportunity to take center stage and create magical memories for Disney's guests that will last a lifetime. Interested performers are encouraged to call Disney Jobline at 407-828-1000 to schedule an interview. Eligible candidates will then be invited to audition. Performers from all cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply and special consideration will be given to candidates 4'6"-5'.
Individuals interested in animated character "look-alike" roles should resemble the character in look, height and personality; have a positive attitude and a good speaking voice. All Walt Disney World cast members receive special privileges including free Theme Park admission, discounts on Disney merchandise and more. Full-time cast members may be eligible for benefits such as medical, paid holidays, vacation, 401K and retirement plans.
