The UMFF 2004 Short Film Competition will take place during the "Independent Filmmaking" networking event on Thursday, October 21, 2004, from 6:30-10:30 p.m., at Lab 601 Digital Post, 621 North Avenue, NE, Atlanta, Georgia (in downtown Atlanta).
